Here you’ll find images of some of the group workshops I’ve facilitated over the last three years.  I’ve worked with primary and secondary school groups, adults with disabilities, young people outside or beyond school, on holiday activities, charity projects and at public drop-in sessions, and with groups of 3 or 4 people right up to classes of 30 (and sometimes several classes in a day)!  Workshops have lasted anywhere between a couple of hours to a whole week, or regular sessions over a term.

Media have included Balinese flags, murals, banners, mosaics, recycled fabrics, cardboard ‘pulpture’, papier mache/wire sculpture, cartoons, feltmaking, papermaking and found materials.  Most projects are custom-made for a specific group, with a format chosen in consultation with the group.  The approach is relaxed, with emphasis very much on empowering people to contribute.  I have full public liability insurance and a current clear CRB check, and have access to a car, a bike with a trailer, and legs.  If you’d like more information about hosting a workshop, fees etc, please get in touch here.

I’ve been involved in creating several Balinese flags with schools and community groups recently.  Have a look here for photos and a workshop flyer.

The mural for Aylesbury’s new Waterside Theatre was installed in October 2008. Take a look at the photos here.
